Shuffler Inspector

Key Responsibilities


–  Monitoring of Canister stock – both in Live Casino Studio and Shuffle rooms
–  Monitoring of Shufflers Performance per shift
–  Monitoring shuffles, counting, and sorting of cards according to the company procedures
–  Ensuring that shufflers are adhering with shuffle procedures and policies
–  Follow up on shufflers techniques and retrain when needed
–  Following anti mixing policy
–  Point of reference for any studio and service request
–  Ensuring completeness of the Cards that are delivered to the Live Casino Studio
–  Maintaining overall shuffle room standards
–  Responsible for shufflers shift rotation
–  Responsible for reporting to card room manager any issues observed and unusual activities
–  Prioritise with the card room manager effective improvement initiatives
–  Carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time

Required Experience


–  At least 1 year of experience working as a shuffler in a live casino environment
–  Conversational knowledge of English language
–  Ability to pay close attention to detail, stay self-motivated and be a motivation to the
shufflers during shift
–  Ability to perform well under pressure and take necessary decisions when needed
